Develop strategies and publicity programs such as media interviews, media releases, media briefings/conferences, media luncheon for PR purposes, with the objective to enhancing the company’s reputation and raising its profile
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with local and regional media
- Handle media enquiries
- Manage the efforts of external public relations agencies and consultants in helping develop long-term strategies and plans and executing specific program elements
- Develop media focused strategies and plans to support the launch of major corporate and branding/marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees, in a way which motivates staff to maximize their performance and deliver business strategy most effectively
- Develop, review and control all written communications from the executives to the staff to make sure messages are consistent and focused
- Communicate with Group Corp Comm to update them on local issues and key perfomances and obtain support for Group-wide projects,
• Volume of media coverage as a result of releases and pitching

- With employees: Sharing company notification, company news, news monitoring, group message, etc via emails and intranet (30%)
External
- With media: Handling media enquiries and pitching interviews, and bylined articles to reporters (35%)
- With PR agency, printing agency: Developing ideas, delegating tasks, checking on follow-ups, reviewing outcomes (35%)
경력 및 자격요건
- Firsthand experience in public relations, media relations, branding, and integrated marketing communications
- Strong communications skills
-Strong language skills in written and spoken Korean and English as well as translation skills
- Proactive, hands-on, creative, decisive, and clear communicator
