— Conduct various qualitative and quantitative customer researches such as FGD, 1-on-1, ethnographic research, segmentation, U&A etc., which are needed to address specific business issues such as ‘new product development’, ‘MOT articulation in customer journey’, ‘communication enhnancement’, ‘product propostion enhancement’, ‘retention enhancement’ etc.
— Develop strategic direction on the specific business issues via holistic & integrated analysis with internal and external data, such as ‘company wide strategy devleopment for enhancing Xsell& Upsell with better retention’, ‘Customer Value Proposition Development’ etc.
— Lead or facilitate cross functional team for coming up with customer insight oriented relevant action plans which will be implemented by each relevant function
경력 및 자격요건
• University graduate or training in lieu of required degree
• Minimum 9 years experiencein Insurance/ Financial Services Industry
• Strong understanding of insurance and customer researches with project management, insight articulation& strategy establishment skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills as well as an attention to detail
• Very good at facilitating others in case of cross functional team work
• Result oriented; actionoriended; proven multi-tasking capabilities
• Team player, special interpersonal skills to achieve working relationship with key stakeholders and external partners
• Advanced skills with MS applications (Powerpoint/Word/Excel)
• Good command in English and Korean both written and spoken
