• Manage the re-platforming of Dr. Martens’s E-Commerce and mobile websites in Korea
• Lead 3rd party agency and system partners to define and scope the project stages based on the company’s need to meet with stakeholder’s project expectations
• Lead ideation, requirement gathering, and launch of E-commerce features that enable customers to have a frictionless, engaging, and localized digital customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including global/ regional office, IT, Marketing and Digital teams, to gather, review, and prioritize requirements
• Analyze release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews and escalating upcoming delays to Head of E-Commerce
• Document any identified required status updates, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/ teams
• Assure quality in deliverables by closely managing project implementation, communicating efficiently with different parties, identifying project risks in advance, running comprehensive QA tests; maintaining a clear set of project and technical documentations
• Manage and maintain effective relationship with all vendors, and partner to identify and apply solutions as needed for site experience improvement and operational optimization
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Mitigate issues and risks, and escalating effectively
• Manage the budget and project burndown across multiple streams, and reporting on this to stakeholders in an agile environment
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Business Information System or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, at least 3 years of solid experience in E-commerce or web content management, experience from apparel/ retail industry preferred
• Experience across multi-functional digital & omnichannel areas (e.g. payment gateway, delivery proposition, UX, content management, marketing analytics)
• In-depth understanding of digital / web environments and end-to-end business processes and to some extent from a technical point of view.
• Understanding across content management systems, eCommerce platforms, Google Analytics and PIM systems preferred
• Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for taking initiative as well as working with agility
• Passionate about eCommerce with an understanding of the holistic landscape
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean
