. Local Regulatory Reporting (70 %)
Prepare local regulatory reports with timeliness and integrity in compliance to local regulatory requirements
a. Communicate closing schedule within finance division and local business team.
b. Ensure that the reports are prepared in a timely manner and in compliance with latest regulatory requirements.
c. Engage in interim and year-end audit and coordinate finance division and business teams to support Auditors.
d. Analyze local profit and provide insightful report for management to make right decision for investment performance, distributable profits, other local regulatory matters and so on
e. Check the any significant variances between the current and past results and assure the accuracy and reasonableness
f. Manage reporting hierarchy of local regulatory financial statements.
g. Reconciliate Net asset values between group reporting basis and local reporting basis
2. Other responsibilities (30 %)
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
a. Coordinate and submit BSR(Balance Sheet Reconciliation Reconcile) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of account balance
b. Manage Chart of account in Korea to ensure right accounting treatment and presentation of financial statement.
c. Coordinate and follow upself-assessment/action-plan of internal control which shall be regulated from FSS
d. Support and coordinate for regulatory audites
e. Support Audit committee, FRC, ALM committee and BOD meeting
f. Coordinate F&A team to keep policy/standard/procedure of teamlastest.
This position is responsible for preparing periodic financial statements required for external reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
경력 및 자격요건
7+ years accounting/finance experience; CPA a plus, but not required
Solid experience in financial reporting
Experience in the insurance industry preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred
Proficiency with Excel
Written English skills
Ability to meet assigned deadlines and manage multi-tasks under pressure
