• Define and execute strategies for digital channels with ultimate goal of driving acquisition and traffic to own mall
• Responsible for planning from target definition to budget allocation among channels, campaign execution, coordinating external agencies, monitoring and optimizing
• Traffic optimization by analysing ROI on weekly basis including performance dashboards and metrics reporting
• Increase conversion rate by analysing its performance and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented, meanwhile to enhance user experience across all channels
• Establish brand based strategic plan of SEO/SEM
• Forecast channel specific demand and own respective investment business casing
• Plan and implement strategies of social media, affiliation channels and owned content
• Monitor, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend on performance
• Ensure all the content produced deliver the purpose and meet the KPI on readership, likes, engagement and sales conversion
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing & Merchandising Team on digital marketing
• Develop and execute synergies between online and offline marketing events

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in managing digital marketing in apparel / fashion retail with a proven track record of driving qualified traffic, ROI and sales. Experience in global brand business environment preferred.
• Familiar with fashion retail online shopping malls’ back-end marketing system & know-how
• Communication experience oriented to the business of e-commerce
• Ability to manage and coordinate external resources (marketing agencies etc.) providing briefings, technical specs/requirements, monitoring implementation and tracking results of every project
• Proven ability to shift through data, identify critical information and execute fast
• Excellent analytical skills, good time management, attention to details, and strong project management skills
• Strong team spirit, open-minded and excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet the deadline and work under high pressure & fast paced environment
