1.To support development and main production the best pattern, engineering/technical making and assure quality product.
2.To be able to lead and execute the desired level of quality and engineering, fit and workmanship to an excellent finished product.
3.Work with Design / vendors closely to develop the right engineering, fit and making of the product.
4.Ability to create and handle paper pattern, consumption and marker.
5.To support and execute illustration / design ideas, details into physical product.
6.Create engineering sheets, brand unifications and basic block.
7.To recommend design, PD appropriate engineering technic for excellent products.
8.Align to Corporate and Divisional engineering and product goals.
9.Communicate and execute with vendors, fty on development samples and pre production samples.
10.Carry out constant engineering trials to level up our quality and products.
11.Review samples with related parties and be able to call out any potential quality issue in engineering, fit and making perspective.
12.Attend seasonal design & engineering technical meetings.
13.Research other luxury brands best practice & make suggestion for improvement.
14.Execute both inline and final inspections.
15.Provide visibility of our quality performance to related parties, minimize QA rejections to 0%.

* Must have minimum 10 years of engineering, pattern, technical experience in all apparel and accessories.
* Footwear experience is an added value.
* Ability to execute illustration / design ideas, details into pattern to physical product.
* Excellent Knowledge product engineering, fit, pattern, marker and making is a must.
* Must have strong ability to solve problems and drive the factory.
* Proven track record with European manufacturers.
* Good knowledge and experience in the Global Luxury brands practice.
* Good positive attitude and open minded.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good spoken and written English.
