responsible for creating an engaging end-to-end digital experience journey that has business impact for customers, agents and business partners by leveraging Human Design principles, framework and tools.• Work closely with Product Owners, Platform Owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver user-centric experiences
• Develop, communicate and govern user experience guidelines for each digital solution
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, determine the structure and design of applications and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to quality mockups and prototypes, and to actual code and create screens in React Native/JS/HTML to maintain brand consistency
• Develop functional requirement documents, coding guidelines, and build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure Frontend technology integration ready screens and work with back-end developers in integration and trouble shooting
• Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
• Enforce IT compliance and ensure timely remediation of any deficiencies found

경력 및 자격요건
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in similar role out of which a minimum of 4 years in digital or e-commerce management (ideally in a multi-channel environment)
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
