Responsibilities
* Support Korea’s continuous Retail environment and growth strategies
o Provide oversight / direction on integration technology and process execution
o Continuously improve the current state through understanding of business processes, pain-points and collaboration with headquarters Managing projects
o Identify and proactively manage changes in scope, budget and schedule to ensure that the business value of the project is achieved.
o Escalate issues and risks and proactively takes ownership for resolution.
o Track milestones and deliverables and provide regular status reporting to all levels of stakeholders (Executives, IT management and project team members).
Collaborates directly with the business understand priorities and provide continuous feedback. Become a trusted business Partner that can speak on Korea’s behalf
when collaborating with headquarters Provide production and escalation support for IT solutions in Korea

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors
• Strong knowledge in Retail and Point of Sale applications, integrations and solutions
• Knowledge of project management best practices and exposure to using Agile Methodology
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Keen attention to detail and quality
• Exceptional service orientation, responsiveness and follow-through.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Articulate communicator both verbally and written
Education and Experience
• Master’s degree in IT or Business OR Bachelor degree in IT or Business plus 5 years of information technology (IT) experience
• Thorough experience working with Commerce Platforms including Retail POS Systems and its respective reporting tools
• SAP ERP experience is a mandatory.
• Experience working and leading components of projects using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies
