* Implement company's E-commerce strategy, take ownership overall Korea digital channels (both BBC and D2C) and promote *** online presence
* Set KPIs, measure ROI, ROAS and report on all digital e-commerce channel performance
* Manage Korea E-commerce performance including strategy, planning and ensure delivery against KPI’s
* Optimize online merchandising, update site navigation and categories
* Merchandise according to product inventory levels and partner with planning team to recognize opportunities
* Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaign
* Drive and boost traffic to *** e-commerce site, in collaboration with Korea, global Digital, Marketing & Communications and IT teams
* Build a team of top performers to drive growth and revenue
* Oversee Korea e-commerce budget & expenses and resources

* 8-15 years’ experience in digital commerce, e-commerce experience preferably in a luxury retail environment
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Computer science, Business and other relevant studies
* Experience in Project Management
* Outcome-focused. Has demonstrable experience setting and achieving KPIs that drive business results
* Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and driven by achieving short- and long-term goals
* Working knowledge of E-commerce & digital marketing platform
* Positive, high-energy attitude with a strong ownership mentality – from plan to execution
* A leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, challenge and create commitment within the organization
* Proficient in spoken and written English is a plus
