- Manage all aspects of business line project management, with focus and emphasis on Online Service platform and driving Customer Experience improvements to online service platforms/website
- Work with IT Project Manager to develop a working, master project plan
- Attend daily stand-ups, lead meetings, and report key takeaways to the Business Lead when not in attendance
- Create RFP, RFI and review proposals from vendors for digital solutions
- Create and deliver training content for business functions (marketing, sales, member services, etc) – to ensure successful transition
- Continual management and innovation of digital solutions once launched
- Create online contents that promote member interaction, increase member presence on **sites, and encourage member engagement
경력 및 자격요건
- Experience with start-up companies and setting up new technology stacks
(OMS, WMS, IMS, CRM, ECOMM, Customer Service Ticketing)
- Expert in developing digital ecosystems – starting from scratch
- Successful track record in overseeing, managing or partnering on key business system launches
- Experience working with Direct Selling environments
- Experience partnering with global IT teams
- Has excellent intrapersonal and communication skills
- Has strong skills in data analysis, reporting, research, and problem solving
