• Conduct market benchmarking to establish company's market positioning, and design action plans to ensure competitiveness of Reward programs with the external landscape
• Stay up to date with local labor laws, to translate legislation changes into policies and implement changes for employees
• Oversee operational processes to ensure smooth administration of Reward programs (e.g. pension, leave, flexible benefits, medical insurance)
• Design, implement, and administer local Reward programs, including allowance schemes, incentives, retention bonus, graduate support, employee wellness, etc.
• Conduct trainings and communication to help managers and employees appreciate the value of Reward programs in company
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelors degree required
• Preferred University Degree in Business or HR Management or related field
• Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferred 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry
- Minimum 4 years of HR work experience including company employee benefits, wellness and compensation programs management, including sales incentives plans
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment and taxation law
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Korean language
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
