• Ensure Retail tools are well adopted in store through workshop, training, market visit (50% of the time in store)
• Successful launch and roll-out of all Retail Excellence projects (both Regional and Global projects) such as Mystery shopping, new BI tools and After Purchase Survey
• Coordination of relevant departments and store teams to guide the improvement of Regional Performance and Client experience. Main departments to deal with: Training, Operation, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising

• Native Korean and fluent in English both written and spoken – working experience abroad mandatory
• Covered retail manager or store manager position
• Proved project management skills
• Good Excel and Power Point skills
• High commitment and motivation
