• Develop deep insights on pet food market/competitors as well as target consumers to develop right long-term brand strategy and plans
• Develop annual brand communication strategy and all channel implementation plans
• Review & analyze business performance and set on-time plans for short-term/long-term business growth
• Monitor brand health and key imagery index to be the category reference as a Health thru Nutrition brand
•Localize the brand communication message of global initiatives
• Develop local campaign idea, key message and creatives as well as digital contents
• Lead x-pillar IMC projects with deep engagement of other functions and pillars
• Develop and operate brand activations plans such as consumer events, on/offline promotions
• Understand campaign performance of core KPIs and set the continuous improvement actions plans
• Report regularly the detailed performance of campaigns to key stakeholders with clear key take-outs and implications
경력 및 자격요건
• 7+ years of brand marketing experience preferably in a global FMCG industry
• Loyalty marketing experience preferred
• Behavior: Customer focus, Collaboration, Learning agility, Organized
• Excellent inter-personal skills in an international environment
• University graduate or above
• Fluent in written/verbal English communication
