1) Marketing
• Lead Brand/New product marketing program following Revlon brand guideline.
• Execute marketing calendar and monthly program, focused on BTL activity.
• Develop key product concept for new launches.
• Manage year A&P budget and track.
• Lead approval process for New counter opening/renewal projects.
2) Sales
• Plan year sales promotion for each sales channel. (H&B Chain/Online)
• Analyze sales result and manage relevant report.
• Analyze of competitor activities and retailers.
3) Inventory Management/Forecast
• Monitor stock status and have monthly order, submit order and monitor shipment status.
• Regularly check excess inventory status and recommends and implement plans to reduce excess inventory.
• Submit new product forecast within due.
• Develop sampling/gwp strategy for each channel and order POSM.
4) Administrate RA parts
• Prepare registration documents of new products.
• Keep track registration documents status with RA team of regional team.
5) Communication
• Maintain close contact with Revlon regional team.
• Effective commination with training, counter staffs and managers and consumer relation parts.
경력 및 자격요건
- 동종업계 or 국내 글로벌 화장품 혹은 소비재 Brand Manager & Marketing 경력 6년~10년(과장급)
- 영어 능통자
- 4년제 졸 이상
- Proactive/ Optimistic, Passionate
- Strong communication Skill
- Strong in detail and good sense of responsibility
- Team player
