- Build budgets and forecasts and analyzing and reviewing financial data and results.
Consolidate and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual management reports on business
performance, leading indicators and key
- metrics; highlight key findings and provide recommendation to improve business
performance.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status
and risks.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and work on special projects including investment plans
and new store projection.
- Timely issuance of KPIs/scorecards and other reporting as needed.
경력 및 자격요건
- 10+ years’ experience in finance management - financial planning and analysis
- Accounting or Management related Bachelors’ degree
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- Experience in retail industry is preferred
- Bilingual: Fluent level in Korean and English
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
