- Participate in model design process of verify possibility and running possibility based on predictive model.
- Deduce insight through analysis report and dashboard.
- Lead collaboration with internal/external data analyst and field division officer.
• Improve business record/performance through various new technology (40%)
- Review introduction of new technology to improve present business pains.
- Figure out technology/business risk and establish method of hedging when introducing new technology.
- Establish strategy to deduce actual benefit when introducing new technology.
- Lead collaboration with field division officer and IT officer when participating project.
• Share with employees in regard of technology trend identified continuously (10%)
- Research improve trend of technology and identify reference of introducing to market.
- Deduce opportunity for introducing to co's through benchmarking of advanced case and effect of application.

Bachelor’s degree.
 Analytics experience of insurance or planning experience of improvement task over 3 years.
 PI, ISP and project experience of insurance or financial industry over 3 years.
 Process improvement experience and effect analytics experience for operation of insurance and sales of insurance over 3 years.
 Experience of participating and leading project.
 Intermediate in business English.
