1) Training
• Understand luxury retail business, anticipate challenge to provide relevant training solution in the level of retail excellence
• Plan, organize, implement all activities relating Store training (product knowledge, selling skills, Service & other soft skills) and for this, validate training needs, Implement and review the feedback.
• Identified performance gaps, in a timely manner and with maximum effectiveness.
• Utilize various training approach classroom, digital, coaching etc…
• Develop all training manuals according to the store accordingly.
• Communicate closely with SM/DM to provide inputs on CA performance / communicate on training programs to support learning and development area.
• Implement field coaching to bridge performance gaps and support business goals.
• Communicate and liaise with training manager to ensure timely delivery & execution of field coaching programs in store / initiatives with timely updates on progress and results.
• A role model for the Store/CA
2) Collaboration
• Support and collaborate with WW training Team (Digital learning, pilot and localization)
• Collaborate with NA training team on customized training and initiate local training solutions.
• Report to Training Manager and assist him/her for all training related activities under the team collaboration with the same vision
경력 및 자격요건
• 3-6 years of experience in training or similar functions
• Good interpersonal communication skill / English
• Proficiency in MS office and outlook
• Ability to maintain in a high level of confidentiality on learning
• Diligence and punctuality
• Digital friendly
