[Build relationship with retailers]
▪Operate as the primary point of contact for department stores
▪Negotiate for counter location & space, retail partnership & collaboration for pop-up and other events
▪Collect retailer & competitor related information & share business insight with team and brands

▪Plan and implement annual sales by brand, store, product category, and etc.
▪Responsible for planning new store and new product launch activities, and securing further retail opportunities for business pipeline
▪Analyze sales, market trend and competitors to develop integrated action plans for future sales opportunities
[Retail operation]
▪Oversee store openings and operation
▪Conduct sales & stock management in each POS, conduct monthly reconciliation by business unit / retailer
▪Set monthly sales targets by POS, product category and further retail opportunities by implementing necessary action to maximize retail growth
▪Organize & supervise on counter promotion and retail driving events, maximize ROI with efficient resource allocation such as GWP, samples, value added items etc
▪Analyze sales performance by POS, by individual staff using KPI and CRM target & tools, to maximize sales performance and enhance BA’s competency
[People Management]
▪Supervise store and office staff – coach and develop the capacity of each staff
▪Recruit new staff and arrange rotation when necessary
▪Set salary and monthly incentive
▪Conduct annual people review to discuss performance and develop career plans for team members
[Training]
▪Observe and give feedback to store staff regarding Quality of Service in the stores

▪Set up CS guideline and complaint handling process

▪Expertise in domestic retail operation with 10+years of experience in cosmetic brand distributed in department stores
[Knowledge]
▪Excellent understanding of domestic market trend
▪Knowledge of domestic sales planning and execution
▪Understanding of domestic store operation processes, especially department stores

▪Strong analytical skills

▪Excellent interpersonal skill, with proven experience in people management
