•Provide detailed and personalized client analysis in terms of grasping purchase power for each client, of analyzing each characteristic and anticipating further potential to become Dior Elite clients
•Ensure recruitment of new clients and non-active existing client
•Provide result recap for each Collection OTO, analysis and thank-you action planning
•Schedule a monthly meeting and discussion on monthly dashboard, review on client segmentation matrix and to be Elite clients, client detail sharing and prospect development planning
•Take ownership for Gift and treatment activity
•Help CDM manager in Budget management
•Ensure Data management and MKT system input
•Handle RSVP for each boutique in OTO appointments, and maximize involvement of PSR clients and new prospects
•Create Plans for DM development and sending out
•Schedule for Dior Magazine order and distribution plan
•Create a report on Retail annual client retention rate and recruit rate by SA
경력 및 자격요건
[Education & Professional Qualifications]
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or field related to area of expertise
[Work Experience]
- Customer Relations with more than 5-7 years of work experiences (Certificates are not “must have”)
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
[Other Requirements]
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent Communication and presentation, negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work as a part of team
