- Directs the development of short and long-range objectives, strategies, budgets and operating plans and oversees their consistent interpretation, implantation and achievement for the Sales division
- Is fully accountable for the 000 Korea’s sales budget and financial performance
- Directs channel development strategy and communicates the plan and progress throughout the organization
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans and assigns targets to attain overall company goals
- Responsible for collaborating with Merchandising and Marketing to develop strategies and plans to negotiate and close deals with wholesale accounts
- Collaborates with Planning and SCM in sales forecasting and sets specific product performance goals accordingly to align with company initiatives
- Researches and understands current market trends to identify and communicate all opportunities to achieve profitable ASICS sales for the consignment stores and 000
Coordinates all aspects of Sales Meetings with the goal of communicating 000 marketing initiatives, brand and product campaigns to maximize sales and gain 000 presence
- Coordinates with Sales Reps to schedule regular meetings with key and strategic accounts including consignment and wholesale to secure and maintain strong relationships.
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 8 year experience in various sales channels including Wholesale or Retail or Consignment Store
- High-level performance in leadership role in Sales; minimum 5 year experience.
- Skilled as a strategic planner with a track record of successful business planning processes and results.
- Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skill
- Organizational awareness and ability to work across functions (Merchandising, Marketing, SCM, Finance)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to drive the result and make the change
