- Perform reliability assessments of new RF/Microwave products
- Develop qualification plan for power amplifier and front end module products
- Execute those plans through our in-house and external reliablity capabilities.
- Design reliablity tests and failure analysis techniques to quickly determine product reliablity performanance in spectific customer conditions.
- Work with multinational team environment
경력 및 자격요건
- QA experiences with Semiconductor packaging and assembly technologies
- III-V process integration experience
- Proficient in applying quality/engineering concepts, methodologies, skills and techniques
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices, especially III-V HEMT technology
- MCOB application experiences is a plus
