1. Cooperate with Omnichannel project team to design and review the e-commerce platform configuration and activation
•Manage the Omnichannel project new phases to successfully implement the e- commerce in Korea
•Manage transversal integration of all aspects of local e-commerce projects including translations, CRM, stock & supply chain, marketing, IT, logistics, retail, after-sales and local outsourced partners.
•First-line responsibility for testing of all programs, deployments, and enhancements.
•Coordinate with the HQ, Regional team and partners to report software improvements and make change requests.
2. Manage daily e-commerce sales operations and ensure highest level of order process servicing
•Cooperate with CS team and monitor orders, sales and shipment
•Key contact for all e-commerce logistics and fulfillment optimization
•Review and monitor status of all orders, processing in SAP, anti-fraud system for monthly closing
3. Develop analysis & marketing activities
•Develop digital and e-commerce knowledge in Korea through market landscape studies and competitors benchmarks
•Annual digital marketing budget planning
•Build regional Marketing calendars for each collection launch (SEA, banners, e-mailing...J in collaboration with HQ digital team/ local digital MKT agency
경력 및 자격요건
* At least 8-10 years~ of relevant experience
* Good knowledge of e commerce and digital marketing
* Product and brand sensibility
* Fluent in English
* Ability to coordinate a project
* Multitask skill
