[FP&A]
• 3 years budget twice a year and monthly forecast
• P&L analysis ; Analyze actual results against latest forecast and budget
• Various reports for submitting HQ (e.g. Quarterly financial review deck, earning requests reports)
• Track the consistency between budgetary targets and business flow.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reports

[Accounting]
• Manages overall accounting area including GL, AR/AP, Inventory, and treasury
• Manages monthly and annual closing
• Actual reporting packages
• Fixed asset management (Capex budgeting, acquisition, depreciation, disposal)

[Statutory]
• Manages and coordinates internal and external audit
• Manages and coordinates Tax filing (Corporate tax income, VAT)

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
• Over 7 years of postgraduate experience in Finance and Accounting functions
• People management experience preferred.
• Experience working with major ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc) preferred.
• Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English both spoken and written
