• Monitor a variety of accounting activities to ensure the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant laws, regulations and standards.
• Responsible for overall Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Compliance, Budgeting, Banking, Pur-chasing and payroll process - Korea manufacturing plant and a sales office.
• Provide proper information for correct decision and collaborate across functions as a business partner
• Manages and responsible for monthly & annual closing, cash flow, fixed asset, financial analysis, corporate governance, Statutory and management reporting
• Manages various tax issues by ensuring that all taxes are paid accurately and on a timely basis
• Responsible local regulatory reporting and global / local auditing
• Improve systems & procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Establish & enforce proper accounting methods, policies & principles.
• Lead and develop a finance team to ensure accounting activities are completed accurately on time
• Tracking and reporting the financial results of operations; developing and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure performance meets or exceeds financial targets
• Manages preparation of regular financial reports and business forecasts, cost analyses etc.
• Supervise accounting staffs based in Korea.

• B.A (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 12+years experience in a Finance & Accounting
• MNC or/and Manufacturing Company experience
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications/ ERP skill- preferred
• People management / leadership experience
• Business English communication skills
• Data analysis & report analysis and global reporting
