1. Coordinate annual MTP and Budgeting processes from sales perspective
- Analyse past sales performance to formulate baseline targets
- Work with finance, sales and product teams by channel, product groups to plan
CAPEX, discount, promotions and other OPEX to lay foundations of annual P&L.
- Challenge and build assumption that build MTP, Budget
- Consolidate and prepare for regional and global review
- Track and manage CAPEX plans and spends
2. Performance tracking, reporting and forecasting
- Cascade KPI results with key stakeholders and facilitate course corrective meetings
to deliver /exceed targets.
- Generate of key local and regional reports with insights that clearly portrays the
market situation and status of business.
- Forecast upcoming periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) by business unit and
channels with key stakeholders and reflect into Monthly sales reports for annual
performance assessment.
3. Other Operations
- Manage monthly POS manager commission payment management
- Annual POS manager incentive scheme planning and execution
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 10 years of forward looking finance and/or operations management
experience
- University Degree(4 years), MBA is a plus
- 10years of relevant experience
- Data analysis, strategic planning and reporting
- Clear understanding of the dynamics of P&L line items and relevance to business
activities
- Clear written and oral English communication skills
- MS Office - especially competent in Excel. Statistical modelling big plus
