- Set up CRM plan according to brand strategy
- Execute global CRM campaign, CRM communication program and track the results
- Manage CRM KPIs and develop customer engagement program based on CRM KPIs
- Provide client data analysis to set CRM strategy
- Develop new customer recruiting opportunity in collaboration with department stores,
companies sharing the same target customers
- Organize special In-store promotions and brand events
- Coach store managers, familiarize retail team with CRM KPIs & report
- Work closely with Retail team and Store managers to maximize clienteling as a
strategic customer communication channel and develop improvement plan
2) PR
- Supervise PR agency work scope and monitor PR coverage systematically working
with PR agency
- Analyse the result of online & print media coverages and submit monthly PR report to
Global PR team
- PR sample management with Regional team
- Digital – Plan and execute Naver.com brand key word AD
- Translate all Press release
- Execute to collaborate with celebrity & influencer for photo shooting or event
participation
Competitor's activity monitoring
3) Event
- Event preparation, operation and follow-up along with Manager and Global team
- Support of entire event procedure (date, venue, concept, celebrity, catering, flower,
gift, invitation, VMD)
- Smooth cooperation and communication with 3rd parties, agencies and vendors
- Pre & post event report with feedback
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing field
- Prefer RTW or Luxury fashion industry experience
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Have effective communication skills to have relationship with media partners and
other 3rd parties
- Understand the competitive market and fashion trends
- Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
