-Lead the local project focusing on new legal requirements-UDI and Medical Supply history report
-Conduct the project of North Asia Customer Care and Supply Chain Projects to meet the target go-live as well as operational readness.
-Manage the costs of the project and implementation
-Analyze end-to-end SCM process and identify the opportunities to drive the transformation throughout the entire SCM toward industry best practice.
-Closely work with Customer Care and Supply Chain managers / teams to understand & Seek the area of supply chain improvement.
-Manage proactive and effective communications with interal and external customers.
