• Korea General Manager
- Develop mid and long term strategy for achieving a sustainable profitable long-term business growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to the organization to motivate the team to successfully execute strategies and plans.
- Drive performance in each business function including sales & marketing, finance, customer service, operations and all other aspects of the business.
- Manage business P & L including key measures such as Gross Margin, Operating Expenses and Return on Assets.
- Lead sales/Marketing teams to develop and execute a strategy that will drive continuous profitable growth.
This includes building knowledge of markets, industry trends, competitors and customers.
경력 및 자격요건
- Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, MBA preferred
- Min. 18 years’ experience in related industries with at least 5-10 years of solid business management /executive management experience
from multinational companies.
- Knowledge and experience in managing corporate organizations and customers is a must.
Experience managing multiple or diverse internal organisations is ideal.
- Strong understanding of how a global business operates with a proven & quantifiable track record in driving growth, improvements and business excellence.
- Must be excellent communicator with sound written and verbal communication skills in order to deal with customers, business partners, staff and management
from a variety of skill levels as well as different authority levels within a global organization.
