• Business simulation of store network evolution (closely work together with Retail team)
• Control CAPEX investment at stores
• Manage lease agreements/contracts with landlords/customers
• Business performance review/report (mainly top line analysis)
• Rolling sales estimation
• Monitor market competition
• Indirect procurement (cost saving)

- University degree in finance and accounting
- Min. over 10 years related experience in Finance & Accounting and FP&A area
- Retail industry is preferred
- Good analytical skill, problem sloving and making decision/ judgement skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Having enthusiasm and strong sense of responsiblity
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Excellent in MS office application.
