1. Manage the operational HR tasks and assignments
- Responsible for the overall recruitment process, onboarding process
- Manage and responsible for employment contract and all HR-related contracts
- Update and maintenance of the company’s policies and procedures in accordance with the legal requirements or the group’s global policy
- Set and control HR budget including sell-through cost
2. Compensation and benefit
- Payroll management
- Annual salary review, salary proposal for office/field staff
- Design and implement new reward and recognition programs
- Review and handle overtime work to maintain within the labor restriction
3. Global HR Project
- Deploy and lead “HR Ambition” within the subsidiary
- Analyse the results from YourSay and set up action plans with GM and HODs to make improvements in working environment
4. Employee Relations
- Responsible for joint labor-management conference and labor union management
- Salary negotiation every year within the budget - Handle labor issues
5. Performance Management
- PDM management (performance review, mid-year review) through TalentSoft
- Provide advice to HODs with relevant advices on setting objectives and employees’ performance review
- Korean title changes for office staff
6. Training & Engagement Activities
- Plan and carry out relevant training programs for employees
- Organize meaningful events or seminars to embody the group’s values
경력 및 자격요건
1) Education/Degree:
- BA degree
2) Background including total years of experience
- More than 8 years’ experience in HR (Retail industry is preferred.)
3) Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill
4) Languages:
- Good command in English, both speaking and writing
5) Soft and leadership skills :
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Wide knowledge in labor law
- Fast, focused & flexible in attitude
