• Direct and monitor a variety of accounting activities to ensure the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Support Finance Director for any financial issue
• Ensure financial statements to be compliant with US GAAP, Korean GAAP & loacl statutory requirements
• Identify the nature of all tax-related matters that arise from conducting business and present proper solutions in accordance with related regulations.
• Ensure a financial control & compliance in day to day financial activities
• Build up/maintain a robust finance team

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• AICPA / KICPA preferred
• Working experience 12+ years, with 3-5 years experience in similar commercial finance position.
• Definitely an advantage with FP&A experience in FMCG or Consumer industries
• Experience of working within a US, matrixed organisation is essential to success in this role
• Experience of operating with senior management
• Excellent understanding of the products, markets and competitive forces impacting the business
• Excellent Excel Skills, with experience in Macro, DB Management, Financial Modelling, Access etc.
• With knowledge of Hyperion and SAP implementation experience is preferred.
• People management / leadership experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
• Language capability: English, other Asian language is an advantage
