1.Trade operation:
* Lead Digital Flagship(***.com) operation to ensure perfect experience of sales and brand for the end consumers
* Ensure seasonal buys are completely represented online in a timely manner. Apply product sales reporting to develop strategies to increase sell-thru focusing on driving margin.
* Manage controlling and applying the guidelines from the HQ to ensure a global consistency worldwide to Digital Flagship.
* Set regular promotion and marketing calendar to boost Digital Flagship sales
* Control the quality of the design to protect the brand identity and positioning
* Propose a relevant assortment plan within the collection to target the online consumer and to ensure a consistent brand visibility
* Set up the right process and work with logistic team to deliver the product on time and to facilitate the returns properly
* Report weekly on site conversions, and define the proper business rules to optimize the conversion rate (cross selling, display order, replenishment...)
2. D2C experience & Merchandising
* Assume business ownership of ecommerce frontend platform and third-party merchandising tools
* Lead product shooting process within the corporate guidelines for digital platform.
* Develop merchandising strategy based on product attributes, user behaviour and sales trends to drive conversion, UPT and AOV while maintaining brand image and company goals
* Manage content and UX COE team as subject matter expert to deliver best in class outcomes under brand guideline.
* Develop seasonal and promotional content and marketing program.
* Supervise omnichannel tools (SFS : Ship From Store, Tablet sales) work effectively for seamless user journey, by keeping it healthy, taking control on inventory displayed and ensuring good quality of service
* Liaison with global/regional team and supervise UX/UI project to be delivered on time
경력 및 자격요건
* At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
* e-commerce sales experience (experience on Sales Force Commerce Cloud is a strong asset)
* Good knowledge of digital media and digital marketing
* People management experienced
* Product and brand sensibility
* Fluent in English at least
* Ability to coordinate a project
* Multitask skill
* Good communication skills
* Team player (active interaction with other department, 3rd parties)
* Deadlines and results oriented
* Advantage of digital agency experience
