• Processing, verifying, and posting related revenue transactions
• Performing Sales Audit function and reconciliation of daily sales
• Performing account reconciliations, AR aging analysis and control
• Inventory accounting – Costing, Inventory valuation etc
• Monitoring inventory transactions
• Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory
• Lease accounting with store lease management system (CoStar) updates
• Producing various analysis reports
• Monthly and annual closing
• Responsible for VAT tax filing (Both VAT payable and VAT Receivable)
• Support Statutory audit and corporate tax adjustments
• Ad-hoc financial requests

• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experiences in finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related filed.
• Experience in JDE Edward preferred.
• Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and work as a team
• Good communication skills in English both spoken and written
