1. Develop, implement and review retail sales and operation strategies in order to improve customer satisfaction and financial performance.
- Monitor and develop programs to improve own retail performance: increase sales, stock turns & productivity, reduce costs.
- Develop customer care program: customer service policies, monitor and track customer satisfaction (mystery shopper, etc.)
- Organize regular forum, ad-hoc audit of own retail
2. Strengthen own retail driving force to better manage own retail.
- Identify training needs and develop corresponding training programs for own retail
- Review current retail HR practices, develop and implement appropriate personnel plans for own retail (recruitment profile, incentives, competitions, etc.)
- Develop corresponding store operating procedures, standards, manuals.
- Develop tools, systems and checking mechanism
경력 및 자격요건
1. University degree (preferably business administration, Economics or Marketing), equivalent education or proven experience in the sports industry
2. 0 to 50 years of age
3. 12+ years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of managerial experience
4. Fluent English written and oral
5. Excellent leadership abilities and team-player, strong motivator
6. Firm knowledge of retail sales in textile industry, marketing and finance/controlling processes
7. Good analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking
8. Firm knowledge of Windows applications
9. Interest in sports
