1. Group/Local Reporting (50 %)
Perform the assigned activities of the Reporting function with integrity and timeliness in compliance to policies/procedures in order to support business decisions and Timely deliver financial report and template packages
a. Communicate closing schedule within finance division and local business team and coordinate the schedule with group finance.
b. Prepare the actual and budget Byline in accordance and in compliance to the IFRS requirements and Group’s policies/procedures.
c. Timely deliver financial report and template packages in the basis of Group and Local Reporting
d. Communicate with group finance regarding inquiries related to IFRS templates or reconciliation related matters
e. Differenciate and analize the variance of the actual results against budgets and previous period.
f. Check the any significant variances between the current and past results and assure the accuracy and reasonableness
g. Implement new guide and templates for Group and Local reporting with relevant persons.
h. Review group product classification to ensure right accounting treatment and product classification

2. Closing and Other Responsibilities (50 %)
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
a. Coordinate BSR(Balance Sheet Reconciliation Reconcile) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of account balance
b. Guide accounting policy and treatment to local teams and communicate with group
c. Manage Chart of account in Korea to ensure right accounting treatment and presentation of financial statement.
d. Review and manage tax (Corporate Income Tax/Education Tax) reporting/return which are prepared by outsourcing resources.
e. Find closing related issues and address them with relevant persons.
f. Support IFRS17 Project team to implement IFRS 17.

-AICPA/KICPA 또는 상응하는 지식 보유 필수
University degree holder, a candidate seeking a professional designation such as CPA is plus
 Minimum of 10 years working experience with minimum of 5 years experience in insurance industry
 Sound Accounting/Tax knowledge and experience (Expense management experience is plus)
 Able to meet tight work schedule and mange multi-tasks under pressure
 Good communication of written and spoken English
