• Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan.
• Conduct market research, surveys, and customer/prospect visits to understand and specify business requirements for target market segments.
• Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools.
• Evaluate and implement digital media technologies such as blogs, video, webcasts, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other social media networks etc.
• Execute integrated online/offline campaigns such as search engine marketing, email, advertising, public relations, conference, trade-shows and other campaigns to generate demand & sales leads.
• Plan and execute corporate events with a focus on user-group meeting, channel partner training and networking program, seminars, workshops etc.
• Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results.
• Work closely with R&D, Sales and other Senior Executives to create demand and recognition for the Company and its products
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a marketing position, ideally in a life science, healthcare or related industry.
• People management experience with proven leadership skills
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices
• Strong project management & performance measurement skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with inter-disciplinary team
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns
• Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills
