● Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
● Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
● Manage all digital marketing channels
● Measure daily, weekly and monthly ROI and KPIs, including forecast performance trends
● Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
● In charge of performance marketing and run frequently A/B testing
● Oversee and optimise all paid ads, including search, display and social ads
● Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
● Build an inbound marketing plan
● Find creative ways to grow and improve user retention and user acquisition
● Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

[우대사항]
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
● 1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
● Good knowledge of various different digital marketing channels and hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices
● Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
● Have a natural affinity with data, numbers, and performance optimisations
● Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills
● Self-starter, proactive, and independent individual
● Detail-oriented, well organised, and able to multi-task
● Good team player and able to blend well in a multicultural, multilingual organisation.
● Solid time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
● Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiar with Slack and Trello. (BONUS)
● Past experience or interest in Cryptocurrency, Trading and/or Fintech (BONUS).
