* Supervise each brand manager in developing winning retail strategy and implementing action plans with excellence.
* Lead negotiation of the responsible brand portfolio to secure optimal location & space in the floor plan and financially viable terms & conditions.
* Coach and grow each brand manager to develop and/or upgrade business tools & processes and brand team’s capabilities & capacities to ensure Brand retail strategies and action plans are executed with excellence.
* Analyze environments – company, competitors, community, consumers - and help the division’s teams and Brand clients to clearly understand the market dynamics and reflect them into Brand’s strategies and actin plan.
* Organize regular meeting with the division’s brand managers to share the information, collaborate to find solutions for common issues, and nurture team sprit within and beyond the division.
* Supporting Central Development Team and Fashion Division VP to develop new brands and/or partnership to expand the fashion portfolio.
* Support Fashion Division VP to lead changes in developing & nurturing talents and creating new business tools, programs, process across the entire Fashion Division.
경력 및 자격요건
* Proven business management experiences in global working environments as senior manager level, preferably in fashion or retail sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome issues, propose solutions and make decisions.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to manage conflicts of interest, and persuade and influence business partners (international Brand clients, retailers, COMEX, etc.).
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills. English fluency is a must and French proficiency is a plus.
* Proven records of people & team management experiences.
