* Pharmacy operation *
1. Coordinate whole process related to the pharmacy before store opening.
- Precise analysis for the pharmacy being in the store before panel meeting
- After panel meeting and decision for a pharmacy, pharmacy manager is in charge of the whole opening process related to the pharmacy.
- The most important and preceding process is finding a suitable pharmacist and making a contract with him/her.
- Pharmacy layout and fixture confirm with fixture agency (after CEO’s confirmation).
- Coordination with some (ex.dermocosmetic) suppliers about fixtures / training arrangement for them during opening preparation
- When there is an official problem with the building, Gu or public health center, pharmacy manager must solve it and meet the opening date.
- Prepare the written evidence of reconciliation prior to filing a lawsuit for every new contract or renewal
2. Maintain pharmacies in the store.
- Regular visit and support the business indirectly (report to the CEO)
3. Prepare pharmacists’ pool for the urgent opening.
- Keeping in mind of contract renewal schedule is needed.
4. Handling pharmaceutical related media
- For the opening and other news, to maintain relationship with pharmaceutical related media
5. Keep in touch with pharmaceutical society including pharmaceutical companies.
- Regarding pharmaceutical companies, they can share information about national policy.
* Health Trainer *
1. Modify the current training material according to the trend and importance and pile up.
2. Communicate with store staffs and health MD about topics and timeline to be on the schedule.
3. In charge of training itself and after basic training, coordination with suppliers are needed.
경력 및 자격요건
1. Than 10 years of working experiences (Manager grade)
2. Pharmacy preferred
3. Additional business grade is welcomed. (not necessity)
- Has an experience of pharmaceutical industry; sales and marketing preferred.
(Sales is more preferred than marketing)
4. Mixed experience of local & multinational companies preferred.
5. Trainer experience can be welcomed. (but not much important)
6. Communication in English is necessary.
