•Oversee company cultural change journey
•Cooperate with management to evaluate organizational capability
•Oversee the employee engagement survey
•Develop and implement plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness and foster inclusion
•Act as a change agent by leading integration and organizational change initiatives
•Lead the effective deployment of all OD-related intervention programs

- OD / HR 경력 8년 이상 (과장 ~차장 초)
- 4년제 대졸 이상 (전공 : Sociology, Psychology or Business)
