[ORDER MANAGEMENT]
•Process online orders by placing validation, cancellation and return in Magento and VMS.
•Ensuring validations to be aligned with company policy.
[CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION]
•Deliver outbound call to customer in case of placing cancellation and return.
•Be the first contact for assisting customers for any requests related to online orders.
[WEB TO SHOP SERVICE MANAGEMENT]
•Manage WTS orders and cancellations in collaboration with store Sales Admin.
[STOCK MANAGEMENT]
•Assist Operation Specialist for stock transfer, stock taking and receiving inventory.
경력 및 자격요건
• Required experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Must have working experience in call center (Customer Service experience as mandatory)
• Working experience in luxury retail industry is an advantage
• English skill(Written and Spoken) is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Team player with humble spirit
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interest in a career in ecommerce
• Self-motivated, business minded and sales oriented
