• Holistic IMC planning and Strategic Brand PR Communication : Develop IMC plan to refine branding positioning thru articles & visual contents
- Develop strategic brand communication plan to elevate brand equity and link to digital sales growth
• Online media communication : Improve online-media performance
- Execute online VOD contents for successful viral
- Create branded digital & visual contents per a month for digital channels
• SNS Digital communications : Develop strategic SNS digital communication plan
- Communicate with consumers thru various online events
- Increase monthly engagement and # of impressions (Facebook, Instagram)
• PR Coverage management : Develop PR coverage every month for constant media exposure of brand.
경력 및 자격요건
Education: University graduate, preferably Marketing or Business Commerce
Experienced period: more than 10 years
Work Experience
• A proven record of success in marketing function as an digital marketing manager at multi-national consumer product company (preferred in the Small Kitchen Appliances marketing experience)
• Min. 10 years work experience in digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of consumer and customer
• Excellent knowledge of market, distribution channel & consumer trend as well as competitive products
• Good knowledge & experience on e-commerce / digital & social activation to drive conversion.
• Marketing A&P budget management experience. Overall financial knowledge to interpret sales/PL number is required
Personal attribute/other requisites
• Fluent in English & Korean communication skill
• Drive for result (growth of the business), Strong entrepreneurship is required
• Self-directed, self-starter, good ability to work within a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to deal with all levels of organization
• Must be very organized and able to focus on outcomes & prioritize tasks
• A strategic and reasonable thinker who has ability to see the big picture from long term perspective while maintaining attention to details
• Well-practiced presentation skill and strong knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
