1. Developing monthly promotion and sales strategy for * B2B channels (Dept online shops)
2. Communication and negotiation activities with B2B counter parts for effective promotion.
3. Management of 3rd party agency (All business related to cost settlement and operation etc)
4. Managing basic operation for B2B channels including stock, promotion banner update, etc.
5. Carry out “Actual vs. Plan’ analysis of financial KPIs (e.g. Sales share in online)
6. Co- work with local marketing and retail team for alignment of branding & sales strategy.
7. Co- work with Demand Planning APAC, Merchandising team for season operation.
8. Reporting & analyzing sales and KPI for B2B channels.
8. Reporting & analyzing online market trend and assessing new online channel.
9. Supporting coordination of the respective support teams such as Logistic, Customer Service, etc
* B2B : All Web shop (Dept online shops, GS Shop, Lotte I mall, CJ mall, Kakao, Gmarket, Auction)

• Experience in online sales for 4 years, total experience for 8 years
• Must have negotiation & communication skills with online buyers
• Experience in brand owned e-commerce operation
• Familiar with standard concepts and procedures within website and internet functions
• Ability to work independently
• Highly motivated and professional manner
• Proven team player who can effectively work and interface with all levels of the organization
