1) Build e-Commerce Strategy
- Develop mid to long-term corporate e-business and relationship marketing strategies, and help POS pillar head to evolve vision and strategies based on them.
- Well understand 1) up-to-date dynamics of e-business industry and CRM environment, 2) strengths and weakness, and 3) e-player/e-consumer behaviors to derive strategic implications.
- Performs opportunity assessment to identify potential for pursuing existing and emerging electronic commerce customers.
- Actively partner with Sales & marketing functions to effectively leverage, communicate and weave developed insights into business plans, strategies and communications to create competitive advantage and drive sound decision making.
2) Customer Management (e-Key Account management)
- Translate the e-commerce strategies into demand solutions or plans. Specifically develop and run unique e-commerce model involving 3 pillar customers.
- Design the e-commerce channel strategy and manage e-commerce accounts, lead to drive e-business profitability and achieve sales targets
- Co-develop channel growth strategy with major e-KA. (Regular customer visit) - Effectively connects with the key contacts who can influence and make decisions for the digital environment within our customers.
3) Customer marketing
- e-merchandising (Brand corner production, Navigation and Homogeneous product display) Strategy planning and implementation
- Operate investment plan as compared to established plan.
- Close work with marketing team to define online product portfolio strategy.
4) Digital insight
- Study Shopper and Prosumer journey and deployment into Digital media strategy
경력 및 자격요건
- 11~15 years’ experience in FMCG e-commerce and sales in total
- Minimum 5 years in e-commerce sales and/or business strategies experience.
- Strategic Agility to accurately scope out projects and create competitive strategies and plans for new business model
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the different data resources available as well as potential research partners and suppliers
- Can use data analysis to identify and articulate core category insights and make actionable business recommendations to drive new opportunities
- Drive for results: Has ownership to proactively move forward and steadfastly pushes self and others for results
- Influencing without authority : Influences and motivates peers across functions and collaborate to accomplish goal
- Business Acumen in Smart living, sensitive and curious of technology and digital trends
- Experience in working with high management team at local and regional level
