1. Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing area including marketing database management, digital media planning, content agency management, and any customer engagement campaign process
2. Support execution and ongoing review of Co’s digital marketing programme focused on smart lead generation
3. Develop and monitor campaign management structure & execution budgets.
4. Plan and manage digital marketing media platforms. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
5. Prepare accurate reports on digital marketing campaign’s overall performance & effectiveness
6. Work on partner ad space inventory & content and creative design media mix with Test-and-learn marketing mix & optimize lead-generation
7. Analyze the performance of our websites, landing pages, Apps and the various customer Journeys using digital track tools, ad-tech tools google analytics and web log files, to track and optimize our conversion rates
8. Evaluate important metrics that affect web & mobile traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
9. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
10. Advocate and develop an agile marketing operating model across the organization

경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of over 10 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and digital analytics.
• Worked in a Digital marketing led business / industry exposure
• Prefer to have someone with a keen business P&L acumen on Marketing ROI
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, AND JavaScript.
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Digital Capabilities - Demonstrated experience in, and passion for User Experience optimization with a proven ability to identify new blockers and pain points within digital acquisition journeys.
• Analysis and Decision Making - Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions. Proven ability to prioritize opportunities based on business outcomes
• Build Effective Working Relationships - Develop and use collaborative relationships with the local market, regional product and global teams to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals.
