- Act as HR generalist and strategic partners between human resources team and each in charge business divisions.
- Coordinate in developing,implementing andmaintaining all human resources activities and programs such as Recruitments, Performance Appraisal Management, Training and Development, Compensation &Benefits, Employment Relation, including contemporary HR projects
- Identify areas of improvement and monitor day to day issues and matters related to each in charge business division based on HR perspectives and assist daily problem solving by providing clear company and HR guidance
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
- Excellent English skill- Semiconductor or related Industry experience are preferred- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt and respond to changing situations
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work and contribute as team member
