- Be fully accountable for department P&L and monitor the budget and expenses ensuring they are implemented according to the agreed parameters and standards
- Develop a strategic business plan and identify new/future business development opportunities (new point of sales)
- Implement action plans to achieve the sales and profit targets as well as business objectives set in the business plan
- Organize special promotions, displays and in store events
- Conduct regular internal meetings to coordinate information across departments
- Articulate clearly plans and actions to all level of management
- Schedule employees to achieve optimum customer service, merchandise display, store security and expense control
- Lead, motivate and coach the retail team to meet the corporate standards and business targets. This also includes hiring new talented local employees in order to build a strong/reliable team
- Train and evaluate retail employees in retail operation procedures
- Make regular tours of the sales floor, keep close communication to the front line for update on business performance and new initiatives
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop marketing strategy to fit the requirement of the markets in each season
- Co-ordinate with Visual Merchandising and Store Planning to ensure the shop image and quality at the corporate standards
- Ensure a smooth logistical process (including customs clearance) in close collaboration with the regional logistics team in Hong Kong in order to ensure intime merchandise supply
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree or relevant higher education
- 10 years management experience in fashion retail
- Proven track record in marketing or sales in fashion retail
- Strong relationship with department store and landlord
- Excellent business acumen and result oriented
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of people management and motivation
- A self starter
- International experience in a leadership role
- Overseas work experience preferable
- Proficieny in English and Korean
