● Work closely with Asia & HQ Merchandising and related local teams for sales & OTB projection, stock forecast to deliver planned sales and profitability
● Plan and develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities
● Participate in buying process in London both for Retail and Travel retail channel
● Analyse and review on store profile, capacity, performance to offer best assortment
● Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trend communicating actively with stores to increase sell-through
● Allocate stock strategically by store considering store capacity, brand presence and commerciality
● Monitor stock movement and plan markdowns, promotions, clear out plan etc
● Participate in weekly trade sales call with HQ to review store and product performance to discuss action plans together with retail team
● Conduct seasonal product market research to deliver local demands and opportunities to HQ

● More than 7 years of experience in fashion industry(과장~ 부장)
● Good understanding of business planning and analysis
● Excellent communication skill
● Fluency in written and spoken English
● Strong skills in Excel
