• Over 10 years' Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
• 5~10 years’ Experience in DSP(Demand and/or Supply Planning).
• 3~8 years’ experience in E2E logistics(Inbound, operation and last-mile logistics) management.
• Deep and broad experience and understanding about ERP including WMS.
• Direct experience in S&OP process leading and involvement.
• Experienced in budget planning and management with financial implication understanding.
• Experienced in KPI setting and management.
• Experienced people manager.
• Experienced in continuous improvement driving.
• Experience in 3rd Party Management.
• Experience in change management.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Preferable experienced in a high and luxury brand or FMCG.
