• Sr.member of AP Manufacturing team, lead development and implementation of strategy for Korea manufacturing.
• Directs performance of plant to meet operational performance objectives and deliverables in EHS, Service / Quality, Cost, Stability and Employee Satisfaction.
- Plant operations & maintenance
- Regulatory & Environmental compliance
- Supporting global initiatives of TCO, quality, service, P/E, plant stability and Lean
- Lead New Product Introduction at site working closely with Technology, Product Management functions

• B.S in Engineering/Mechanical/Chemical preferred.
• 15~20 years' experience in manufacturing plant at Chemical/compounding industry
- 10~15years' leadership experience in manufacturing plant with EHSS & relevant local regualations.
- Min 3~5 years' experience of plant manager. (Must)
• 5S/ TPM/ LEAN / 6 sigma/ EHSS experience
• Strong business and financal acumen
• Fluent in English
